Just the electrolytic (polarised) caps.
First though, I'd try a different PSU if possible, just in case the voltages your PSU are generating might be noisy (due to failed/failing caps).

Rule #1 - TEST VOLTAGES!
Check to see the LM chip is getting 12 volts before you rip it out. If not, test TR4 and surrounding circuitry. -
