you need to sample the tapes to a WAV file and use MakeTZX to sample to a tzx file that can be used by emulators. -

Yep, first load the rom into your emulator exactly as you would a tzx file (works on spectaculator anyway) then when the ingame menu comes up on screen press 1, then load side 1 of the game. -

OK, it looks like the current Ping Pong tzx file was created from the Hit Squad re-release with the old Speedlock numbering system.
