All that stays in the TZX file, exactly as it is today. It's all the additional data, not strictly necessary for defining a tape that is moved into separate files. Everything would than be held together in a zip file, only with a different extension. -

You should be able to open a Tap or TZX file for saving in the emulator, then choose the GAC 'Save Standalone Adventure' menu option, or something similar to that anyway.
