Perhaps you mean 5678-0, that is, cursor keys? Because 6789-0 could have been an arrangement not unlike ultimate's QWER-T, which most people hated... I agree with the Knightlore being over-rated. OK, nice graphics but gameplay wasn't all that good.
In fact, I'd go as far to say that most Ultimate titles after Alien 8 were all show and no gameplay substance.
