I don' think that video quality has much with model type.
More depends from condition of machine, manufacturing quality of concrete parts.
In any case, TV out is not criteria for me. Only RGB or maybe S-Video can be of quality. -

There were 2 versions of the Cub Microvitec Monitor. The first was just a bog standard RGB with a din plug at the back.
