In spectaculator you goto Tools / poke memory and enter the main number ie:-69876 in the first box then 128 or whatever after the , in the second then ok and start the game -

In Real Spectrum just press F9 and enter the poke you need. Alternatively you can use a .POK file providing that they are stored in the directory specified by the "PokesDir: " setting in REALSPEC.INI. -
