I think pin 6 is the composite signal output. If there is a low voltage signal there then its dead. Its about 3.5V with the menu screen on. -

Sounds like the RGB signals are working. You have probably not connected the 12V signal at the RGB port to pin 8 on the scart socket. This is needed to switch RGB input on. Try checking the voltage on pin 6 of TEA2000 to see if its dead. -

Did you klnow (or indeed care) - you can use the ZTX651 in place of the ZTX 650. Same spec, slightly higher voltage rating is all.

Well what connections are you missing? they are pretty standard parts. TV cable, AC adapter (you can use a generic one with the right voltage/ampage) and the joysticks (Ebay or junk shop). -
