and im not a programmer
but i tought x128 worked the best it had the best user friendly interface in my opinion

I use Spin,Realspec,zx32,R80,x128 ,winxzx,wspecem14 , (old emus).
My spectrum files are associated with Spin at the moment.
I use Real spectrum mostly, because it is integrated in SGD and it works under WinXP.
