Doesn't Firefox, when you go ito your (hopefully organised) bookmarks, let you open all links in there as a tab?
So if you put them all in a sub folder called "gaming" or something, you can then click on the "open all as tabs" and away you go? -

Create the 4 firefox/IE shortcuts and put them in your start folder if you want them to pop up automatically on bootup.
No hands needed incase one of the links is a 'hands free' one. -

Firefox has this feature built in - Tools - Options - Main - Use bookmark. If you choose a folder as your homepage, all the bookmarks in it open in tabs. -

I've gone with the solution by Daren, and now Firefox (so much more reliable than Internet Explorer, and I've not found a page for ages that FF didn't like) boots up with my selected pages.

with both IE7 and firefox you can enable the link or navigation toolbar from the view menu. Just drag the favicon from the url bar onto the toolbar for a shortcut to those sites.
