AN APPLE A DAY ...

A program to keep the doctor away, written for us by Russell
Morgan of Clevedon.

Here's a game to set you on the path to health - you collect
apples as they fall off the tree!

Using the '5' key to move left and the '8' key to move
right, you control the figure beneath the branch of apples
at the top of the screen. The apples fall from the tree one
at a time and you have to position your character so that
the basket it holds is directly beneath the falling apple.

When you have caught 15 apples, or a multiple of 15, then
you move up a row - which means the apple has less distance
to fall thus making your task harder. There are three skill
levels, level one being the hardest and level three the
easiest.

Should you miss 10 apples, then the game ends with a few
bars of music and you are invited to have another game.
