2. ADAM 'N' EVE (LOAD "")

A game of 'Bible pairs'for 1-8 players. First the program

mixes up 12 pairs of names of Bible characters. Then 24

boxes are displayed on the screen, from which the player

has to choose two. If the two chosen turn out to contain the

names of a 'Bible pair' the player is offered another turn.

At the end of the game you may choose to play again on the

same grid or allow the computer to rejumble the names to

make it more difficult.

N.B. Pressing 'BREAK' will abort the game and return you to

the opening sequence.

your own needs. When the opening screen invites you to

'PRESS ANY KEY TO BEGIN', enter "(SYMBOL SHIFT H)".

The program will then display the complete list of pairs

already present and invite you to select a pair to alter. Keying

answered correctly their symbol is printed on the appropriate

square of the O-X-O grid. If the answer is incorrect their

opponent gains that square. At the end of each game a

league table is displayed for however many teams were

originally selected.

There are 108 questions stored in the memory, and these are

arranged in six categories (listed below) containing between

9 and 18 questions each. Question categories can either be

selected by the players or dictated by the leader when the

program is first loaded. In addition any two or more

categories may be banded together to form bands (7 and 8)

Two bands are possible. Band 7 must begin with Category

no. 1 and Band 8 must end with Category no.6. Bands can
