COLOUR CLASH is a game of reaction & skill. You have a limited number of

grenades which you can use in a tight spot to make the pots disappear for

a few moments.

There are three starting skill levels. COLOUR CLASH is split into four

different phases, which follow one another with ever increasing difficulty.

PHASE ONE: You must fill in all the squares by going aroung them with your

brush. Each time you subsequently reach phase one the scoring is doubled.

When all the squares are filled you will get a chance to gain bonus points.

PHASE TWO: You have to press the fire button at the correct time to guide

the brush onto the flashing arrow at the bottom of the screen. If you are

in the correct position you will be awarded 2,000 bonus points.

PHASE THREE: Almost the same as phase one, but you can only paint a box

adjacent to a completed box, the first box that you paint must be the box

that you start in.

PHASE FOUR: You have to guide the cyan brush around the screen to trap the

pots by surrounding them. You cannot go over their colours, or touch the

sides. 500 points are awarded for each pot trapped. The first time that

you reach this phase there will be two pots, every subsequent time there

will be four.

A bonus life is given at 20,000 points, and at every subsequent 40,000

points scored.

There is a facility for recording the names of the persons scoring the top

five scores. Use left, right, & fire to enter the name.

You may freeze the game at any time by pressing the break key, to restart

press enter.
