REVISION SOFTWARE:

COMPUTER STUDIES

These programs are designed to help you gain success in

CSE, 'O' level, 16+ and 'O' Grade examinations. All the main

topics of the syllabuses are covered so you can test yourself

on the particular area you have just revised. You should use

the programs in conjunction with your overall revision

programme.

There are four types of program on this casette. Some

programs cover a wide range of topic; others are more

specific. If you only wish to revise particular parts of the

syllabus you may find the topic you want by referring to the

list below. It may help to run through the tape once in order

to make a note of the number on your tape counter where

each program starts. You can make a note of the numbers in

the boxes below. You can then go straight to it when you

want to find a particular program.

                                   ________________________

Program 1: TESTER |________________________|

This program gives you a quick test on all aspects of

computer studies syllabuses. You are offered a list of topic

areas to choose from and should then complete the test.

The questions are randomised so within each topic you will

get different questions each time you try. At the end of the

test you will be told how you did and directed to other

programs on that topic, on the tape for further revision.

Programs 2, 3 & 4: DIAGRAMS

These programs will help you revise diagrams and

experimental work. There are a number of topics within

each program and in each case a diagram is drawn for you

on the screen and explained. You are then required to label

the diagram and identify the parts. The topics covered in

each program are:

                                   ________________________
