Supplied Patchfiles

The following patch files are provided with this release of 
RomCombiner. If any patch files have been created since this release, 
you will find them on the Z88 Forever! website.

diskfiler.pat
For Ranger's original DiskFiler (not required for DiskFiler 2). Tested 
with v2.09.

vision2.pat
For the Vision2 VT100 terminal emulator from Ranger. Tested with 
version 2.06.

visionl.pat
For the cut-down VisionL VT100 terminal emulator included in the 
RangerWorld compilation. Tested with version 3.00.
